The opportunity The customer service team work closely with the Sales and Operations team to deliver the best possible experiences to our customers. What will I be doing? Building rapport with customers to anticipate their needs in order to deliver outstanding customer service experiences Responding to customer service and sales enquiries via phone and email Data entry - creating and maintaining customer orders and sales quotes Coordinate outsourced production with powder coaters and engineers Collaborating with Sales & Operations to keep customers up to date with products; manufacturing and delivery capabilities and disruptions Handling complaints The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in a customer service role is preferred. Experience in the glass industry is a plus but not necessary, training will be provided.

Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong data entry speed and accuracy. Excellent attention to detail.

The ability to build rapport with a wide range of people. Proactive self-starter who is positive, energetic and driven to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Positive in the face of adversity and calm under pressure.
