Our Whitianga site is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team on a permanent part-time basis. Working 1-2 days per week (Tuesday and/or Wednesday), this role offers you the chance to make a lasting impact. Key responsibilities: This role will see you responsible for preparing and delivering engaging activities for older people who are part of our Day Services. This will include driving them to our Day Service location and returning them safely back home. A fundamental aspect of this role is to create a fun, safe, and enriching environment.

About you: We're seeking individuals who possess: A Health and Wellbeing certification at Level 3 or higher. A full New Zealand Driver's Licence, with reliable transport (as transporting clients may be required). Creativity, energy and confidence in organising and facilitating engaging group activities.

Outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude and an empathetic and caring manner. Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking skills. Experience in meeting the unique needs of older adults, including those with dementia or disabilities.
