We're seeking an experienced educator to champion our new Initial Teacher Education programmes. Te Tranga About the role: We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead the delivery of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and T Ttou Tiriti courses within our Bachelor of Teaching and Graduate Diploma programmes.
This role involves guiding konga through coursework, facilitating discussions, and overseeing their progress, and being part of a team that leads the effective facilitation of noho marae nationally. Open Polytechnic offers a range of flexible working arrangements including an option to be based anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Degree Leader will be expected to demonstrate cultural capability in supporting Mori and Pasifika konga in accordance with the Teachers Council Our Code Our Standards and Te Pae Tawhiti - Te Pkenga's Te Tiriti o Waitangi Excellence Framework.
