We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with middle leadership experience to take on the role of deputy principal at Westmere School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who; Values Te Ao Mori and knows how to give meaningful effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in all aspects of school life Has experience supporting teachers working in collaborative spaces Has a theoretical and practical understanding of change management Has strong administration skills. The leadership team at Westmere works collaboratively to support teachers in both English Medium and Mori medium pathways.
