We are seeking a Design Engineer specialising in Balustrades and Aluminum Cladding to be part of Maximos future success.

Play a critical role in ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Coordinate labour resources and procure and ensure timely delivery of materials, plant, and equipment for the project. Ensure adherence to building legislation and performance, quality, and safety standards. Ensure accurate site measurements are obtained for the job and prepare design in line with product and engineering specifications, client expectations, and Building Code regulations Work closely with the wider design team and stakeholders to ensure project success.

What do you need? Ideally youd be a design engineer with experience in Balustrades and Aluminium Cladding. Have an Engineering degree or background in the industry. Proficient in AutoCad Exceptional communication and listening skills to engage and understand the clients requirements to achieve their goals Strong ability to engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver on the projects A process-driven individual with extraordinary attention to detail who takes pride in delivering highly accurate work consistently for clients.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines across multiple projects. An agile approach to work hours to suit project demands. Maximo has achieved success through service and workmanship capability.
