Permanent - Full Time Dunedin The Opportunity As the Digital Programme Manager at Aurora Energy, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of our transformational Digital Enablement plan. Your primary role will be overseeing the projects within the Digital Enablement plan - ensuring we are getting the best from our project management practices and standards, guaranteeing efficient delivery of projects within specified timeframes, monitoring project budgets and looping back to completed projects to make sure the benefits are realised. You will be the driving force behind seamless project execution and will ensure that communication with stakeholders is clear, timely, and getting the right levels of engagement.
You will lead a small team of project professionals and technical specialists providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of project objectives and ensuring the resourcing and change management is on point. This position is based in Dunedin - a relaxed city, surrounded by beautiful beaches, short commutes and has great character thanks to its stunning architecture. A relocation allowance is on offer for the successful candidate.
About You To be successful in this role you will bring: Tertiary (degree) qualification in business administration, project management or another related field. A proven track record with at least 5 years relevant experience as a PMO or Change Manager leading and managing project teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.
g. PMBOK, Agile, Lean). Strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, embracing change as an opportunity for growth.
