We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a Direct Marketing Specialist.
As an experienced digital automation and marketing specialist, your primary focus will be to set up and execute a new direct communications programme for our Trade customers. You will also provide support to our retail direct marketing programme as well as assist our customer research programmes by working with the Customer Insights team to execute surveys through our customer panels and survey platforms. Reporting to the Direct Marketing & Partnership Manager your key functions will include: Execute direct marketing activities to support the marketing promotional plan, and national and regional/local promotions.
Leverage proprietary and partner channels to deliver the optimal experience for customers. Work with the broader marketing team, eCommerce and Merchandise teams to select and promote key product deals for our customer audiences. Clearly brief and manage all relevant internal and external partners to activate campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance against KPI's, undertake relevant post-campaign analysis to report on results. Contribute to post campaign reviews with recommendations and insights. Identify, evaluate, and actively pursue opportunities to drive greater customer loyalty and advocacy.
Lead a test and learn programme to optimise the email marketing platform. Manage technical requirements (whitelisting and reputation management) ensuring the optimal delivery of campaigns. We are seeking someone with a passion for content, segmentation, data and personalisation who has a solid background in B2B marketing.
Effective stakeholder management and the ability to develop a plan to evolve the Trade direct marketing programme will be essential to your success. To be successful in this role you will have: Strong experience in marketing automation, insights, and data lead direct marketing and / or customer loyalty. Experience in delivering high volume, high frequency digital marketing campaigns.
2 years' experience with Emarsys or similar direct marketing platforms would be advantageous. Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms would be advantageous but not essential. We are a team moving forward and that is a result of our motivated, skilled team members.
