Your key responsibilities will include: Managing financial and occupancy goals Leading and cultivating an environment where children are engaged, and their interests and strengths are developed and shared with their whnau Managing day-to-day centre operations, including staffing, enrolments and marketing initiatives Recruiting, inducting, managing and developing a high-quality team M wai te mahi nei? | Who are we looking for? To be successful you will need: A Bachelor or Diploma of Teaching ECE and registration A full clean NZ drivers licence The ability to network with the community to promote the centre and build the client base Management and leadership experience in a teaching environment Experience in financial management (Knowledge and experience in MYOB Payroll, Infocare, and Xero is an advantage) Excellent time management and organisational skills Good knowledge of Te Whriki and Te Tirititi o Waitangi He aha te mahi mo tatou | Why work for us Ensuring staff are paid fairly is a priority and the centre are part of the governments pay parity scheme.
