We are currently on the lookout for an amazing early childhood registered teacher to join our team and inspire our tamariki to reach their full potential. As a kaiako, you'll work with children of all ages to create a learning environment that is stimulating and supportive. About us: Busy Bees Wellington Street consists of two main buildings, a Nursery catering for our youngest tamariki as well as an adventurous Preschool for children aged 2 to 6 years.
Our centre philosophy is aimed towards supporting children to develop and learn the necessary skills for ensuring a smooth transition to school. Kaiako collaborate with parents and whnau to make the pathway to school a positive and exciting step in their childs learning journey. Our ideal candidate will have: Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews A personality that builds and develops strong relationships An ECE teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whnau Excellent communication skills.
