This is mahi that will improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in Aotearoa, and weve got an opportunity for you to be part of it Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity This is a fixed-term, full-time, opportunity until 30 August 2024 for an Eligibility Assessment Administrator to join our team based at North Shore Hospital. Your function will be to identify Non-Resident patients attending Auckland Public hospitals within the Auckland Metro region, complete data and prepare data for invoicing.
Identify and confirm DHB patient eligibility status for public funded healthcare interfacing with external Government departments Update hospital patient data systems with eligibility documentation and information as required Accurately collate costs and prepare Invoicing templates Ensure agreed upon service level agreement requirements are met Develop and maintain effective relationships with DHBs to encourage collaborative working Be open to the introduction of new ideas and initiatives to improve business outcomes Maintain strong relationships with the finance team to ensure effective end to end deliverables Effectively manage your time, prioritising tasks as needed Mu | About you You come from a customer service / admin support background with 1-2 years under your belt. You are comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment and you thrive in busy roles. With your New Zealand working rights you enjoy working in a multicultural setting.
