While they are technically credible and know the details of what developers work on, their time is spent hiring a world-class team and putting them in the best position to succeed.
They own the delivery of product commitments and are always looking to improve productivity. They must also coordinate across departments to accomplish collaborative goals. The Knowledge team builds features supporting the management and transfer of information within organizations.
The team maintains GitLab's Wiki and Pages products, and the Rich Text Editor experience. This role is ideal for an Engineering Manager with significant Ruby experience and an interest in Go. The successful candidate will have a chance to work on one of the most highly adopted GitLab Community Edition products, Pages, along with other promising product areas that already receive significant usage and have huge potential for growth.
