Job Description As the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the engineering function across the five manufacturing plants at Quality Bakers Auckland. No two days will be the same, and you will be kept busy and challenged as you lead an engineering team of 35, manage projects and maintenance, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. You'll collaborate across departments, injecting forward thinking, planning and efficiency into engineering processes.
