We help these sellers keep track of their inventory at scale, and help them sell their products across multiple sales channels around the world. Cin7 is expanding very quickly with a mission to become the leading Inventory Management Software brand in the world, and we are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join the team.

As an Engineering Team Lead, you will assume a pivotal role in leading and managing a cross-functional software delivery team responsible for the development and maintenance of Cin7 Products, along with their supporting applications and services. Your primary focus will be to guide and support the team in defining and executing product and technology roadmaps. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring continuous improvement in delivery practices, fostering innovation, and maintaining a high standard of software delivery to meet customer needs.

Collaborating with local and global leaders, you will contribute to enhancing engineering processes, cultivating a positive engineering culture, and addressing recruitment and collaborative workflows with other departments. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a cross-functional team, providing direction and guidance on day-to-day tasks. Oversee projects ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments or stakeholders. Identify and resolve problems, escalating issues appropriately. Set and monitor team targets and objectives, ensuring they align with overall company goals.

Evaluate, develop, and ensure the success of team members. Ensure team behavior is in alignment with Cin7 values (Strive, Passion, Collaboration, Innovate & Integrity) Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity and excellence. Communicate regularly with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide updates on team performance and project status.

Requirements A minimum of 8 years in software development with proven experience in leading and managing technical teams (Saas experience preferred) Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices within the .Net framework Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
