Executive Assistant - Wellington or Auckland M tnei tranga mahi | About the Role: As the Executive Assistant, you will support the Group Manager and their teams to provide high quality executive support.
You will be responsible for providing effective and highly confidential executive support to the Group Manager including diary, email and document management, managing the flow of information, and coordination of key people projects. You will play a key role across the team, connecting with the team to understand the priorities and share information. This role will give you the opportunity to get involved in some of the exciting projects the group is working on and you will work closely with administrative team across Whaikaha to create and embed consistent administrative practices across the organisation.
Ko wai koe | About You: You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for projects. Your previous roles would have seen you provided support to Managers, including managing budgetary and project related work. Your ability to managing complex relationships, both internally and externally and will see you already working collaboratively with others across your organisation.
You will have demonstrated the ability to perform duties with absolute confidentiality, political savviness, initiative, and have good judgement and problem-solving skills. To undertake this role successfully, you will be a disabled person or be able to establish credibility and trust with the disability community, as well as having empathy and an understanding of the unique and diverse experiences of disabled people.
