We are seeking a dynamic person to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Administrator for the NZ Hearing Group Wanaka Our director is looking for a professional experienced Administrator to provide both secretarial and administrative support for both his personal and business interests, but also for the NZ Hearing Clinic in Wanaka. Ideally, you will be energised, flexible, dynamic, be self-motivated and happy with problem-solving and using your initiative. A positive can-do attitude is a must.
The position is based in Wanaka working approximately 25 hours per week. Responsibilities Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients Manage CEO diary, and schedule meetings and appointments. Administration for the NZ Hearing Clinic Wanaka Would suit someone with previous work experience as an EA and knowledge of the Audiology industry would be an advantage, however, full training will be given to the right candidate.
