Liaising with customers to ensure base/camp operating requests are considered and responded to in a timely fashion.
The oversight of maintenance project budgets to ensure best use of financial resources. This role will require you to quickly adapt to unfolding situations, reprioritising on the fly, while altogether ensuring that timeframes are adhered to.
In effect, you will be a very structured person who can quickly assess where your efforts need to focused. Additionally, you will also possess: Infrastructure facilities maintenance knowledge and experience. Working knowledge of the relevant property legislation.
Considerable ability to set and maintain a high standard of quality assurance. A relevant trade qualification supplemented with considerable industry experience (desirable).
