We're looking for an enthusiastic team player to support Facilities Asset Planning and Data Management team by ensuring that data quality is maintained and future investment in facilities is well developed, well planned and within budget. With demonstrated experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships using strong communication and networking skills, and a passion for data, you'll provide advice to the Asset Planner and Capital Planner for all facilities owners within the Council to identify any risks, escalate issues and support planning processes.
You'll have a tertiary qualification at degree level in a relevant area and experience in facilities planning, property management or similar to enable you to support and develop detailed capital programmes and maintenance requirements for new and existing facilities. You'll learn and expand your data and asset management knowledge and practices through your involvement with teams involved in asset planning, delivery and continuous improvement. Additional information: Hours of work - Fixed Term role for up to 1 year to cover for parental leave. Hours of work can be negotiated between 32 and 40 hours per week.
