We are seeking an exceptional Dairy Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our dairy farm located at Maungatapere, near Whangarei in the stunning Northland region. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the farm's resources, ensuring high-quality milk production, and maintaining a positive working environment. Halter is used on farm so being comfortable with technology is a must combined with great pasture management skills.
Three bedroom house located 12km from Whangarei and 4.5km from Maungatapere. Maungatapere has a Primary to Intermediate school with Secondary School options of Whangarei Boys High School, Whangarei Girls High School or Pompallier College nearby.
School buses to the gate for all of these schools. Milking 330 cows through a centrally located 40 aside herringbone. 210 cows milked OAD all year, 120 cows milked TAD from calving to Christmas then OAD.
System 2 with rolling contour. Halter used on farm. A 2nd role is available on farm which could be an option for a couple.
