We are currently looking for a dedicated Depot/Field Service Engineer to join our New Zealand Technical Service team, based in Auckland. You will work in the Baxter Auckland Workshop facilities and clinical environments and will be involved in all aspects of installation, preventative maintenance and repair work. The bulk of the work is based in the Auckland region but will require travel across regional New Zealand including the South Island.

This is a critical area of the business and we are looking for a high performer with a breadth of experience. Key Responsibilities: Facilitating device decontamination, evaluation and repair in the workshop Planning and executing annual maintenance programmes for a variety of hardware both in the Baxter workshop and in the field Provide trouble shooting technical support to customers Accurate reporting of service details Identify and communicate repair trends Professional personal presentation Excellent customer focus and relationship building Ability to travel as required Strong written and oral communication skill Essential Skills and Qualifications Electronic or Electrical certification (NZ) EWRB license is required (EAS or EST), At least 2 years relevant experience in similar role Current unrestricted Drivers Licence Minimum basic skill level in MS Office applications Intermediate level IT skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and a team player, with a drive and determination to succeed Strong attention to detail Current safety check under the Vulnerable Childrens Act Applicants with proven electronics/electrical/mechanical or technical experience and computer competency will be considered. Full current driver's license is essential, and a car allowance will be provided.
