The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting our fielded install base across ANZ. This position is part of the Service Department located in the Bay of Plenty area and will be working remotely supporting our customer base mainly out of Hamilton/Tauranga.
Our Service Mission here at Beckman Coulter is to provide the Best Customer Service as it relates to Service Effectiveness, Efficiency and Engagement which complements our vision to double the number of patients we reach in the next 5 years. You will be a part of the ANZ Service Team and report to the Regional Service Supervisor, responsible for a ttending customer sites as and when required to complete Preventative Maintenance (PMOTD), Product Safety and Quality Modifications, Repair Visits, Phone Support to customers, Installation and decommissioning of our products into and out of customer sites. As a Field Service Engineer, you will ensure that our service delivery meets the highest standards across areas such as communication, execution and follow-up .
