Job Description Reporting into a Business Advisory Lead, you will support and influence senior business leaders primarily covering our online portfolio with your sound commercial advice - which may involve a variety of strategic, operational, people, commercial or financial elements. Advice will derive from high quality analysis and modelling of problems and business cases, discovering options for solutions, deciding between choices, and understanding broader strategic alignment and trade off issues. You will bring objectivity and strategic acumen to business issues, whilst also being comfortable to dive into the detail when needed.
You understand the value of building relationships, whilst also being an influencer, hence challenging the business to ensure the best quality decisions are made. Qualifications An experienced Finance Business Partner or Commercial Advisor (an online or retail background would be a bonus) Commercially astute and strategic - you have a knack for cutting through complexity to achieve clarity of thought and advice, along with comfort in dealing with ambiguity Comfortable managing a dynamic and varied workload with differing priorities and deadlines Strong analytical abilities, coupled with financial modelling skills Excellent communication and relationship management - this is your forte - building, maintaining, and developing relationships by influencing, educating, challenging, and collaborating with internal stakeholders Additional Information Working with The Warehouse Group | Kia mahi tahi i Te Roopu Whare Putunga We offer a dynamic, supportive team environment within a business that cares about and recognises individuals.
