What you will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strategic financial insights on analysis, variances, and recommendations to support business decision-making. Managing cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimise financial performance. Leading and managing a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Take overall responsibility for the Auckland branch. To ensure appropriate controls and safeguards over company assets. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Monitoring industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly. What skills you will possess. Experience working as a finance manager, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
CA or CPA qualification. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Hyperion, and Oracle. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
Hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running. Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using accounting software, process improvement, and automation.
