The purpose of the Fleet Support Coordinator is to provide exceptional support and value for all of Downer NZs assets, this includes but is not limited to delivery of exceptional customer service with all queries and general inquires being responded to in a clear concise and timely manner. Effectively manage and build relationships with the supply network to deliver financial benefits ensuring prioritisation of the Downer NZ fleet. Have a look at our other great benefits here Te kwhiringa | The Opportunity The core role is to process invoices including the bulk and consolidated processes, accurately within the agreed timeframe, to enable payments are processed on a monthly basis. Costs reviewed, journals processed and allocation of costs to be completed in line with month end timetables. All financial requirements related to our self-insurance model will need to be kept up to date.

Reporting provided as required, whilst promoting the Fleethelp brand. Key result areas include: Develop positive relationships with all end users of plant, in addition to providing continuous feedback to the wider Fleet Team. Undertake fleet support services, and assist in tracking performance of service delivery Systems and Processes Assist with supply management.

Monitor and report on the national plant and equipment assets. Assist with cost reviews, journal processing and allocation of costs as required in line with month end timetables Lead by example, driving Zero Harm through operational excellence. Demonstrate outstanding customer service.

Nga pkenga matua | Important Skills Fundamental to this role will be implementing innovation and technology solutions aimed at reducing the administration burden on Downer, along with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The role has a strong focus on asset management principles, ensuring our fleet is reliable, available, maintained, compliant, fit for purpose and most importantly safe. You will ideally have; accounts payable experience and excel skills including V-Lookup, Pivot tables etc.

Strong customer service skills. Good planning and organisational skills. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, with sound knowledge of Excel.

Good communication skills with a positive / proactive work ethic. Team player attributes. Strong analytical abilities.

The following Qualifications and / or Work Experience will be beneficial for this role: Experience in finance administration. Proven track record.
