Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day milling operations, overseeing ingredient blending, and executing minor machinery adjustments. Conduct essential tests, sample products, and meticulously record test results. Collaborate closely with production and sales teams to strategize and execute production schedules.

Develop grain blends and effectively manage grain flow within the mill. Assist in equipment upkeep and swiftly identify and address product specification issues. Contribute to implementing and maintaining a robust maintenance program, ensuring adherence to production quality standards.

To be successful: Certification from NABIM or City & Guilds Milling training essential. Expertise in Baking or Milling, backed by experience in grain processing or food manufacturing. 2-3 years' hands-on involvement in medium-sized mills, preferably in semi-automated environments.

Proficiency in food safety standards such as HACCP. Flexibility to work alternating day/afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday (7 am to 3 pm & 3 pm to 11 pm). Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen/Resident or Full-Time working visa.
