Your purpose Step into the dynamic world of our NZ Operation Business Unit where our teams contribute to our NZ manufacturing sites and global supply chain operations, help uphold functional excellence, and work with our global safety, quality, and technical excellence teams.
Contributing directly as the GM Commercial, Manufacturing and Services, and partnering with the Director Manufacturing NZ, you will provide strategic insight, financial expertise, rigour, and discipline to deliver improved business performance across our Manufacturing operations in NZ comprised of 28 manufacturing sites, and collecting over 16,333 million litres of raw milk per annum from our farmer network. To ensure we drive the development of our Manufacturing strategy and optimise the footprint across our sites, you will provide commercial expertise and input into the development, deployment, and delivery of all Manufacturing strategic initiatives. As a key bridge between Manufacturing, broader Operations and Central Finance, you will also provide a clear understanding of cost, and service delivery and develop comprehensive reporting and insight of Manufacturings performance, driving accountability on value creation and budget commitments, whilst identifying areas of improvement.
You will also: Ensure business plans and budgets are robust, well understood and aligned to our long term strategies Develop best in class analysis and reporting insights to drive improved performance and productivity and return on capital Lead, inspire and develop a high performing team About you With a future focussed mindset and proven track record leading complex operational Finance functions, you have significant experience gained across complex multi site operations with large invested capital. As a successful business partner, you drive accountability with senior leaders to create sustainable value through growth, cost optimisation and asset utilisation. Your strengths developing and driving strategies, embedding sustainable, transformational change have aided your ability to realise commercial opportunities across complex and matrixed organisational structure.
