This is a newly created opportunity for a General Manager - Product Line in a new product category within the premium consumer durables sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and strategy for a highly anticipated new portfolio of products. You will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and ongoing success of innovative products that meet the needs of a global customer base.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, commercially savvy, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management process, from concept to launch and beyond. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure successful product development and launch. Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market insights and customer feedback.

Drive pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to maximize product success and market penetration. Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and iterate based on customer feedback and market dynamics. Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and differentiation to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy and innovation. About you: You will likely have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Have a proven track record of at least 5 years in senior product management roles within the consumer durables industry, with experience launching new products.

Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that drive business growth and competitive advantage. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving measurable outcomes.
