Your Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven person to join the business as our Head of Customer responsible for our Foodstuffs North Island partnership. This a great opportunity to work with market leading brands and a high performing team. Location: Auckland Based Position Summary You are primarily responsible for managing our partnership with our Foodstuffs North Island business, and have the ability to influence through your team a fantastic opportunity.

In this role, you will be required to: Further develop a Customer Centric relationship with Foodstuffs North Island Create and execute with your team the annual plan based on business priorities Monitor and report results against the priorities 360 feedback to applicable commercial team members, including Marketing and Category Development to ensure market activities are celebrated or modified as required Engage with fellow Heads of Customers and National Field Manager on best in class activities to differentiate your Customer Be accountable to your P&L At Nestl, you can make a difference to millions of lives, every single day. What will make you successful Armed with at least 5 years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery, you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people. Youll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint and have outstanding presentation skills.

Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have Permanent Residency.
