We are looking for a Hamilton Manager in 2024, who 'gets us' and who we are, and can help organize, recruit, train, and ultimately inspire our employees, as well as dealing with any problems with staff.
Details and Key Responsibilities: 5 hours per week. This role could be up to 20 hours per week, depending on how much tutoring you decide to do yourself. Finding, recruiting, and training tutors, as well as communicating with them regularly to ensure they are performing to our expectations.
Managing tutors, helping them reach their full potential in the job and coaching them to success. Implementing company systems and ensure that they are implemented well. Liaising and mediating with staff, including staff at our head office in Wellington.
Brainstorming innovative ideas to help grow the business and ensure we are consistently on track to reaching both our value-based goals. Helping to set-up and run tutoring programmes in local schools. Tutoring NCEA students in your specialist subjects.
