HR Advisor Permanent role Penrose A pivotal role for a HR Advisor ensuring that people are provided with clear, relevant HR, ER and H&S advice and are well supported. This is a permanent role located in Penrose. Day to day you could expect to work on: Helping ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation Drafting/reviewing employment contracts Providing HR and ER advice to business Updating policies/processes Providing training Reporting This role requires strong ER expertise as well as good HR generalist knowledge.
