In this role, you will provide strategic advice and day to day support to our Consulting stakeholders across both New Zealand and Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting cross Sub service line stakeholders as they lead, engage and retain a diverse and high performing workforce. There is a preference for this position to be in based in Auckland, NZ and will support stakeholders in Australia as well.
Some of your key responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner by understanding the Consulting Talent strategy, business and industry issues and how these impacts our high-performance teaming and retention agenda. Efficiently and expertly execute operational activity by monitoring services and providing feedback to continually improve operations. Partner with key stakeholder to manage any transformations, restructures, acquisitions, and/ or change management initiatives and best practices.

Ability to develop trusting relationships, flex as needed and manage work life balance as we operate virtually and across time zones.
Robust commercial acumen, HR reporting and analytics experience Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, remuneration review. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to gain their trust and confidence in you as a business partner/advisor. Knowledge and confidence to challenge leaders and think outside the square.
