What we need? An opportunity has become available for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner for New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our managers in every aspect of the employee lifecycle. Our collaborative and agile ways of working mean you'll develop versatile skills as an HR professional growing your career. This role has everything - challenge, diversity and ownership.

You will be responsible for: Providing pragmatic day to day HR advice and support to managers and employees including change, engagement, reward and recognition, performance and disciplinary processes Ensuring the quality and compliance of HR documentation Contributing to the development and review of HR policies and procedures Assisting the HR Business Partner with the annual performance review and remuneration process Identifying and initiating continuous improvement opportunities A bit about you At least 3 years' experience as an HR Advisor in a medium sized organisation Demonstrated experience in navigating challenging ER issues Experience in a unionised environment is desirable Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people Exceptional administration, planning and communication skills Experience using an HRIS and Payroll platform Current knowledge and a sound understanding of the New Zealand employment relations landscape and relevant legislation A collaborative attitude and a proactive communicator, able to confidently advise, train and/or present to people at all levels and bring them on a journey A high level of attention to detail People focused and empathetic, able to work to a high level of discretion to maintain confidence across people and business Ability to work independently, proactively with regional teams What's in it for you: An opportunity to develop your career within an Australasian company Competitive salary An opportunity to make a difference An inclusive, safe, and diverse company united by The Linfox Way The Linfox values have stood the test of time for 60 years, and it's important that our team reflect our values - Loyalty, Integrity, Fairness and Trust (LIFT).
