Are you a seasoned Interventional Radiology Healthcare Professional with exceptional patient care experience? Intra is seeking a registered nurse or medical imaging technologist to join our team as an Interventional Radiology Specialty Lead.
You will coordinate, teach, and support expert care for all patients referred for interventional procedures, contributing to the delivery of the best health outcomes for Intra patients. This role is a full-time position. You will need to be a permanent NZ resident, with the flexibility to work across both our Newmarket and North Harbour facilities.
Key accountabilities for the role include: Practices at a high level of clinical competence with an in-depth knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, techniques, and equipment Works with Interventional Radiologists to facilitate the provision of expert care Assists with the day-to-day patient flow, ensuring effective clinical coordination and management of patient care pre and post procedure Contributes to a comprehensive programme of ongoing learning and development for staff Leads quality assurance programs to monitor and improve standards of care Contributes to standards of practice through the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines Initiates and maintains clear and accurate records ensuring compliance with the documentation requirements of Intra Manages emergency procedures maintaining a safe and secure patient/whanau care and work environment.
