Want to join us? About the role: We are seeking an Inventory Planner to join our Rosedale based team in a newly created position. This key role will work closely with our Team in Australia managing our stock levels in New Zealand and working with our 3PL sites on distribution across the country. An exciting role for a confident and experienced Inventory Analyst/Planner to put their best practice into play to excel with a high growth business.

Tasks & Responsibilities: Raising of 3PL purchase orders and liaising with the demand planners at our Australian Office to ensure third party confirmations are received and any changes are captured and communicated accordingly. Identify, manage, resolve inventory discrepancies. Analyse and identify continuous process improvement opportunities.

Generate insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing visibility into inventory accuracy, stock levels, and order fulfillment rates. Access and report on stock management efficiency improvements. Generate executive-level reports and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Lead and oversee the entire stock-take process, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and reporting from planning to execution. Develop and execute cycle counting procedures, coordinating counts for accurate inventory records and prompt discrepancy resolution. Contribute actively to the Inventory team.

Skills and experience: Minimum 2-3 years in similar role Able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Good decision making and problem-solving skills. Have a passion for supply chain logistics and inventory planning.

High levels of professionalism. Excellent communication skills and ability to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field would be desired but not essential.

Prior experience in inventory management softwar.
