Judicial Personal Assistant Wellington Tribunals Unit Te Haeata/The Opportunity Are you an experienced and professional Personal assistant looking for a new and interesting role in the Justice sector? We are looking for a person who will provide high level executive administration support as Judicial Personal Assistant to the Human Rights Review Tribunals and others Jurisdictions. A Judicial Personal Assistant works directly with the Judiciary on a daily basis. This key role has a range of responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to: a strong attention to detail, you are confident working alone, as well as being part of a team, effectively prioritising your workflow, so you'll tackle duties such as typing up judgements, keeping records, organising appointments, arranging travel and coordinating meetings with ease.
And will provide efficient and effective administrative secretarial support to the Tribunal members and other Judicial Officers. This is a Full-time position. pkenga/Skills and Experience The successful applicant will be required to have: Extensive experience providing executive support within the court systems or a legal firm Advanced level of proficiency in office procedures, business processes and database management Advanced IT capability in a wide range of applications plus the ability to quickly learn and keep up to date with constantly changing technology trends An accurate audio-typing speed of at least 70 wpm with a very high level of accuracy and presentation Impressive organisational skills and impeccable spelling and grammar Composure under pressure and being adaptable M mtou/About us A great team culture is important.
