Joining Z as our Kairahi Hangarau EV EV Technical Lead will see you develop and operate the technology behind our EV charging solutions across public, home and business environments. Working as the subject matter expert on all things EV charging, you will be involved in the engineering side of our hardware, the software we use and supporting the products in market across both Z and the Ampol Group. This role can be based in either Tmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.

You will have the opportunity to Provide expertise across the eMobility space to inform decision making Identify technical requirements and solutions to support business and product functions Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience team to identify and deliver technical solutions Support the integration of eMobility across Z and the Ampol Group to create unique customer value propositions Ensure compliance with relevant and applicable Collaborate with Asset Operations and Deployment teams as required to resolve any faults and support roll out Qualifications What youll bring to Z Experience and/or qualifications in the fields of engineering, IT or a related field Knowledge gained from working in the EV, eMobility or distributed energy sectors Experience in electrical engineering, vehicle technology and digital solutions The ability to apply innovative thinking with a solutions focus Strong relationship building and influencing skills A natural problem solver with the foresight to see potential issues A passion for EV solutions and bringing these to market The flexibility for occasional travel, to team meetings and to sites And of course, youll be passi.
