We currently have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate Team Leader to join our Showroom Department.

This role is responsible to support the Retail Manager to lead the kitchen, large appliances, bathroom, and plumbing categories to deliver the best possible customer experiences. This is a busy hands-on role working in the business to drive towards our sales targets, maintaining and enhancing store standards, ensuring robust process are in place for quotes and orders, as well as being actively involved with the products we sell. The role is a permanent salaried role at 45-hours per week, the roster pattern includes working one day at the weekend, on a Tuesday to Saturday roster pattern.

We are seeking candidates with previous and proven leadership experience, ideally that experience would be in kitchens, bathrooms, or a similar industry. What we need from you: A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team. An organised approach, proven reliability, and ability to manage your time efficiently.

A positive can-do attitude with the flexibility to deal with ad-hoc tasks as they arise. A drive to succeed and strive for excellence. An exceptional communicator.
