The Lead BA is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following: Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support of business analysis activity across a project/programme of work. This includes providing direction to business analysts, assigning and tracking delivery of tasks, peer review of business analyst artefacts, and clearing any blockers raised by the BA team / escalating issues as required. Adopt and adapt Business Analyst methods and tools, ensuring effective requirement elicitation is employed and maintained Establish and manage the business analysis approach and work estimates and provide input for the development of the project plan/schedule Provide advice and validate requirements with the business and project stakeholders and make recommendations as required to meet those requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of ANZs Business Analyst practice involving people, process and tools Role Location: Auckland Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime u Pkenga? - What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, elicitation techniques, documenting, presenting and managing requirements and other business analysis artefacts Demonstrated experience in working on a number of types and sizes of projects, including large scale programmes Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, subject matter experts, vendors and senior stakeholders Experience in providing direction and support to a team of Business Analysts within a specific project/program of work Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with significant complexity and provide thought leadership to the project or programme.

Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work. Experience in the financial sector and exposure to Risk and compliance. Youre not expected to have 100% of these skills.
