Permanent | Auckland | Posted 07 February 2024 | Ref No BH-156821 Legal & Corporate Affairs Coordinator CBD based & hybrid working Newly created and broad role Stakeholder support Key role supporting the Legal and Corporate Affairs Team in this organisation critical to New Zealands infrastructure delivery.About the company: Crown Infrastructure Partners is a Schedule 4A company under the Public Finance Act 1989 and a Public Benefit Entity that supports Government policy in the areas of connectivity infrastructure, infrastructure funds, and infrastructure funding and financing. Theyre a small organisation that operates a high capability model partnering with the private sector, iwi, NGOs, and local government to implement infrastructure policies and deliver infrastructure projects, including: Connectivity, water, climate resilience, and the Infrastructure Reference Group and contracted projects The funding and financing of infrastructure through the Infrastructure Funding and Financing Act 2020, Government investments, co-investments, third-party debt, and equity Implementing, facilitating, and advising on transactions and infrastructure as agreed by shareholding Ministers.

About the role: Stakeholder engagement Governance & Compliance Project support This newly created role reporting to the Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer will have a broad support remit with the core focus on ensuring the organisation delivers on its governance, reporting and statutory compliance requirements. Critical to the role is both accuracy and meeting timelines across their broad range of activities. There is a strong requirement to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders and understand the complexities of the organisation and its requirements.

About you:You will hold at a minimum a diploma or tertiary qualification ideally in business administration, legal executive studies, or related field. You will have begun to build your career already in an administrative or support role in a legal, compliance or infrastructure context with some exposure to governance. Youll be able to evidence your ability to plan and organise your own workload and your high levels of initiative which will help shape this newly created position.

You can evidence exceptional written communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple tasks and projects and diverse relationships..
