The opportunity We have an opportunity for a dynamic Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our high-performing Survey team in Wellington.
Our team deliver a wide range of projects, providing survey services for cadastral, land development, large-scale infrastructure projects, geodetic, 3d modelling and topographic projects. We are excited about the opportunities ahead of us in the region. Our projects include some of the most significant Cadastral and Land Development projects across Wellington, nationally and across the Pacific region.
Our varied workload means you can specialise or diversify your skills across any area of survey of interest to you, be it Cadastral, Land Development, Topographic or Set-out. About you You will be experienced in cadastral and land development surveying for urban, rural or infrastructure projects. You may want to develop your client-facing skills or prefer a more technical pathway.
You will be familiar with pricing and estimating hours for project work and a strong sense of ownership and have a record of delivering excellent quality projects on time. With a desire to grow your skills and develop yourself professionally, as well as share your knowledge whilst learning from those around you. Ideally, you will start with a good level of competency in GNSS, robotic total stations, LandOnline and survey software; proficiency in 12d would be preferred but not essential.
You will have experience or desire in leading a team to achieve the project outcomes and communicating progress to peers and project teams. You will embrace challenges, like to learn and lead with a mindset of continual improvement. You will be a value-driven person who enjoys sharing your colleagues' successes and delivering excellence for your clients.
