Based at our Sockburn branch in Main South Road, we are looking for a Mail and Customer Service Officer to deliver an exceptional level of customer service as you deal with inquiries, requests or complaints from customers at our front counters and box lobby's. You'll also carry out administrative support work to support these key areas.

Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
