Our Opportunity: We are seeking a Maintenance System Specialist to join our team and take on a key role in maintaining and improving our Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). As a super user of maintenance management systems, you will be responsible for standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement of the CMMS functionality, ensuring it aligns with our Asset Management Strategy. This role will provide you autonomy and ownership of the work management process to take our business to the next level through systems improvements and looking for better and more efficient ways to work.
Coordination, sequencing, and delivery of a significant uplift of the CMMS functionality as defined by Asset Management Strategy Standardisation of CMMS processes horizontally across multiple sites Management of maintenance management workflows, master data standards, and asset hierarchy application Investigate, initiate, and approve implementation for changes in CMMS functionality and capability for personnel and the business more broadly Functional technical leader for continuous CMMS improvements and evolution, using system data to analyse, assess and propose business performance and productivity improvements There is flexibility for this role to be based in Hamilton or Rotorua.
