We are looking for someone who understands the Care Standards environment and embodies kaupapa. Someone who can quickly build relationships and is comfortable turning up to different worksites on a weekly basis, ensuring both their presence and kaupapa Mori is felt and appreciated. The role reports to the CEO and works together with a strong and committed existing management team to support close to 200 staff and Caregivers, doing vital work within Tmaki Makaurau and across the top of Te Ika-a-Mui.
