Workplace Services sits within Organisational Capability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.
The recently established Workplace Services Group in He Pou Aronui, Organisational Capability and Services, is refining a portfolio management approach to property management across our business. We are seeking a proven leader who knows how to help Property Portfolio Managers deliver property services to each branch across Te Tari Taiwhenua. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark by providing the direction required to refine and improve the operation of a portfolio management approach to our diverse property assets.
You will also be leading a team of Property Managers to deliver property solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement. You will have proven experience in the following areas: Implementation and delivery of a portfolio management function Leading a high performing Property team Experience managing internal stakeholders and business owners Experience in strategy setting, managing risks and benefits and prioritising activity Applying legislative and operational policy frameworks within a service delivery context Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required We embrace flexibility and how that works for each of us as individuals.
