No two days will be the same with this role, leading talented professionals across the Bay of Plenty region. Together with the other Transport & Infrastructure Section Managers and Operations Managers, you will be part of a Transport & Infrastructure Leadership Team connecting and leading our New Zealand business.
This is an opportunity to lead the evolution of our collaborative team culture, developing our people and delivering on our strategy. As the Manager of our Tauranga Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for strategy, sales, project delivery outcomes, recruitment, retention, mentoring and team development. You will have the autonomy to build on our existing strategy and will draw on the support of the Transport & Infrastructure leaders to implement your strategy and deliver innovative, sustainable and community-focused outcomes.
