Job Description Materials Engineer / Metallurgist Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Materials Engineer / Metallurgist to join our NDT & Materials Engineering team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland This rewarding position offers a variety of exciting projects as well as ongoing training opportunities. Key responsibilities: We are looking for a full time Materials Engineer to Carry out materials testing / inspections in accordance with relevant codes and standards to ensure client requirements are met. In this role, you will undertake routine and non-routine destructive testing to a variety of products and components for all metals, plastics, constructions and building industries.
As the Materials Engineer / Metallurgist you will also be using your specialist knowledge in providing consultancy services to assist our clients with their technical challenges such as in the areas of materials performance testing and failure analysis..
