Full Time Application Closes 06 Feb 2024 Hawkes Bay - Napier Office and Administrative Support Worker Th newly refurbished Napier Toyota dealership is currently seeking a motivated, organised, and friendly individual to fulfil the role of Branch Administrator. Within this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing office functions to supporting the sales and service teams.

There is also the customer service aspect, involving answering phones and attending to visitors if needed. This position requires a proactive, friendly, organised individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The key to this role is a positive attitude, so if you are an enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable person we would love to hear from you.

This is a Monday - Friday role, so the weekends are your own. Full training will be provided with friendly support to help. Key Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Team player: Ability to work individually and collaboratively with diverse teams.

Skills & Experience NZ Residency Full NZ Driver's License.
