Number of Vacancy: 1 Location: Auckland Type of Employment: Permanent 40 hours fixed per week Salary: $30 32 per hour Tasks Participating in the formulation and assessment of office services, establishing priorities, and defining standards for office services.

Assigning human resources to meet business needs when needed and monitoring work performance of staff; Allocating office space, and managing office equipment and layout and ensuring all supplies are maintained; Overseeing office documentation and accounts Collaborating with professionals to streamline office operations and facilitate the resolution of issues; Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety regulations; Ensuring that work aligns with pertinent government legislation, policies, and procedures Facilitating human resource activities including recruitment, promotion, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision. Requirement At least having a master's degree; Having a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; Excellent communication skills and a desire to work as part of a team;.
