The duties of the position includes but are not limited to the following: Preparing time sheets and payrolls Maintaining accounts and records of equipment and supplies accurately Product and inventory management Monitoring sales profit and loss Preapring documents needed for ordering/importing of cars from overseas Coordinating car import activities with other offices like customs VTNZ and others Dealing with suppliers compliance and others Hiring training and supervising staff Reviewing performance of staff Analysing data and making reports as needed And running other administrative matters where required. Location: South Auckland Hours: 30-40 per week Wage rate: $32 - $33 per hour Experience: At least 1-2 years experience managing business or working in an office environment or having a business qualification. Applicants must be willing to undergo background checks and drug testing.
