We are currently looking for two Online Assistants to join our team. In this role you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positive feedback from your customers in the form of their online orders. In the Personal Shopper role you are required to assist in organising the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer Grocery orders.
They need to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeat Online purchases. Being a key member of the Online department, the successful candidate will have a heavy focus on delivering the best customer service in the BAY This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and team work elements every single day. The more familiar you are with the Supermarket, the more efficient you will be at this particular position.
Part-time role Monday 7.00am - 15.30 Tuesday 12.
30pm - 21.00 Sunday 9.00am - 17.
30 Full-time role Tuesday - Friday 7.00am - 15.30 Saturday 6.
