Permanent, Full Time Christchurch - tautahi Kia hiwa r We are seeking an Operations Manager - Grazing & Dairy Support to join our team Ngi Tahu Farming presents an unparalleled leadership opportunity within the agricultural sector of Te Waipounamu. As the Operations Manager - Grazing & Dairy Support, you will play a key role in the operational leadership and management of our North Canterbury farms, including: Te Whenua Hou: 6700 hectares, with 2500 hectares dedicated to dairy support, cropping, and grazing. A key aspect of this role involves collaboration with the Operations Manager - Dairy and Assets, who oversees 9 dairy farms and more than 2750 hectares of dairy operations, along with on-farm assets and an internal contracting business.

Hikawaikura: 9400 hectares, with 2200 hectares under farming, including 1300 hectares of irrigation, store trading, grazing, and a 950-head mainly beef Angus herd. High Country Stations: Management of nearly 30,000 hectares across Route Burn, Greenstone, and Elfin Bay, leading our efforts to balance conservation and farming practices. He krero mu - About you: An undergraduate qualification in agribusiness, with additional qualifications in commerce, business administration or finance.

Demonstrated expertise in agri-sector management, particularly in multi-farm operations. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. A proven track record in people leadership and operational management at scale.
